Oversees all production operations including Surface Mount Technology and electromechanical assembly lines to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing process.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, ESD, and IPC guidelines.
- Manage production scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Report production metrics and performance to the Technical Director.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; 7–10 years of experience in electronics or industrial production management.
Strong leader with strategic thinking, process improvement expertise, and excellent communication skills. Demonstrates results-oriented management and understanding of electronics manufacturing systems.
