Leads the SMD (Surface Mount Device) and circuit card assembly operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise SMD assembly line and operators.
- Oversee solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow operations.
- Monitor quality through AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and visual checks.
- Coordinate with QA and production manager on defect analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure machine calibration and ESD control compliance.
Bachelor's or Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics; 5+ years of experience in SMT/SMD assembly line operations.
Technically skilled supervisor with in-depth understanding of SMD processes, IPC standards, and production equipment operation.
