- Plan and manage R&D projects.
- Supervise engineers and technicians.
- Approve prototype designs and testing reports.
- Liaise with production and QA for industrialization of new products.
- Ensure documentation and IP compliance.
Master's or Bachelor's in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or Electrical Engineering; 8+ years in design/manufacturing.
Visionary and technically strong leader with a record of managing innovation and cross-functional teams.
